You're responsible for confirming payment details before completing transfers or bill payments. Once a payment has been successfully processed, it may not always be reversible.

Novara is an AI-powered financial companion. Novara can:

- Help organize your money
- Suggest budgets
- Assist with transfers
- Help pay bills
Novara provides educational guidance and spending insights. It does not provide regulated financial advice. You remain responsible for your financial decisions.
06Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect access to Novara.
07Banking services
Novara is a financial technology company. Banking services are currently provided through PalmPay and other licensed financial partners where applicable. Novara is not a bank.
08Acceptable use
You must not:
- Commit fraud
- Impersonate another person
- Misuse the platform
- Interfere with security
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Use Novara for illegal activities
09Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or where required by law. You can also close your account at any time.
